The Savannah Club
Winding River’s clubhouse and amenity center is called The Savannah Club and is located at the entrance to the property.
The Clubhouse is perfect for the community’s activities and events, as well as club meetings. Check out all the great events here.
The Club is available for rent for our residents only and offers an amazing location for birthday, anniversary, and family celebrations.
Resort Style Swimming Pool
Located at the Savannah Club, this swimming pool is designed for everyone. With a zero-entry walk-in entrance on one side, stepped shallow end on the other side and huge deep end in the middle – perfect for laps or sun bathing.
Lounge chairs and tables surround the pool deck. The kiddie pool is in a separate gated area next to the pool – perfect for parents with little ones.
Soccer/Sports Field
Our open-play sports field encourages community oriented sports.
Centrally located on property, our well maintained grass fields can be enjoyed year round – perfect for soccer and football games with the neighbors.
Our multi-purpose court is now the location for Pickleball every Monday night! Coming soon … Basketball!
Parks & Playgrounds
Get out and enjoy the fresh air at our playgrounds. Walk or bike along our sidewalks and wood bridges throughout the community.
Visit the kids playground located at The Savannah Club or enjoy the beautiful natural settings throughout the property.
Our lakes are home to many sunning turtles, ducks, and local wildlife. Osprey, Eagles, and many other birds of flight are commonly spotted.
24-Hour Fitness Center
Our fitness center, located at The Savannah Club, is furnished with state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment including treadmills, elliptical, and stationary bikes. With a great view of the pool or your choice of two flat screen televisions and personal trainers available, our Fitness Center has all the equipment you need to meet your fitness goals.
Our Fitness Center is open 24-hours a day so you can work out on your schedule!
Nature Trails & Walkways
Our community is designed with plenty of green spaces, outdoor play and lots of fresh air!
Sidewalks and wooden walk bridges throughout our community make enjoying the great outdoors a walk in the park!
Multiple lakes on property are open to residents for fishing.
Pet-Friendly!
We love our four-legged residents, too! Walking paths throughout the community make Winding River a great place to take your dog outside for long walks and Doggie Clean Up Stations are located throughout the community, too.
A Dog Park is on our wish list for the future. We are still in the planning phase, and we hope to include areas for small and big dogs … and a dog wash station, too.
